Ms. Catherine Marty

Mrs. Catherine Marty is a seasoned legal analyst specialising in anti-corruption frameworks and international compliance. She has served as a Senior Anti-Corruption Expert with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), providing strategic guidance to Saudi Arabia’s Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha). In this role, she has worked to align the Kingdom’s legal and institutional frameworks with the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
Mrs. Marty has also led capacity-building workshops for law enforcement and judicial officers across the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on transnational bribery and enforcement best practices. Her expertise lies in advising anti-corruption reforms, and strengthening institutional integrity. She has worked at the OECD Anti-Bribery Division and at the FATF Secretariat, before joining Nazaha.
