H.E. Mr. Hamad bin Nasser bin Rashid Al-Misnad

His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Nasser bin Rashid Al-Misnad was appointed President of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority of the State of Qatar in March 2018.

With over 15 years of legal experience, he began his career at the Public Prosecution Office in 2003 and later served at the Amiri Diwan in 2016. He holds a bachelor's degree in law, awarded in 2001.

In his current role, His Excellency is responsible for leading the Authority’s efforts in promoting transparency and accountability. He oversees the development and execution of the Authority’s policies, plans, and programs, and proposes legislative instruments aligned with its mandate.
