With a doctorate in Tourism and Disaster Management, he has played a pivotal role in quality assurance, policy development, and institutional oversight within tertiary education, tourism, and environmental governance.
Having completed his postgraduate studies in New Zealand, Dr. Niyaz has been actively engaged in the higher education sector since 2010, holding several teaching and academic leadership roles including quality assurance, to ensure academic integrity and compliance. His commitment to transparent governance and regulatory standards has extended to overseeing compliance frameworks in schools, and pre-opening hotel projects in New Zealand.
