Dato’ Sri Ahmad Khusairi bin Yahaya

Dato’ Sri Ahmad Khusairi bin Yahaya is the Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), bringing over 30 years of distinguished service since joining the agency in 1992. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Oklahoma State University, USA.
With deep expertise in investigation, intelligence, policy management, security, and financial crime, Dato’ Sri Ahmad Khusairi has held several key leadership roles within MACC, including State Director, Director of Policy, Planning and Research, Director of Intelligence, and Senior Director of Investigation.
He has represented Malaysia and MACC on numerous international platforms such as the 1st OIC Anti-Corruption and Enhancing Integrity Forum in Kuala Lumpur, the APEC Anti-Corruption Working Group, the ACA Forum, the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA), and the South East Asia Pac Against Corruption (SEA-PAC), underscoring his strong commitment to international cooperation in combating corruption.
