Abdulla Muhammad Gadir Boh

Mr. Abdulla Muhammad Gadir Boh has been serving as the President of the Libyan Administrative Control Authority.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Benghazi and a Licenciate in Sharia Sciences from the Imam Sahnoun Institute. He also holds a Master of Science in Human Development and has completed diplomas in strategic planning, speed reading, and rapid report preparation.
With extensive experience in legal and administrative oversight, Mr. Boh has held key positions including Deputy Director of Relations at the Libyan Audit Bureau, Director of various offices within the High Council of State, and Deputy President of the Administrative Control Authority. He has led several national committees on foreign investment oversight, administrative unification, and pandemic response, and continues to play a central role in enhancing transparency and public sector accountability in Libya.
